How I count

DOTS is the formula OpenPowerlifting and a number of federations use: total × 500 ÷ a fourth-degree polynomial of bodyweight.

Wilks uses the classic coefficients from before the 2020 revision: a fifth-degree polynomial. The revised Wilks gives different numbers — here I count the classic one.

I keep bodyweight within the same limits the standard tables use: for DOTS that's 40–210kg for men and 40–150kg for women.

Log your sets in the bot — I'll collect your squat, bench and deadlift records myself.
