Terms of Use
Athlete Diary is an iPhone app (it can also be used through a Telegram bot). Effective October 15, 2026.
By using the app or the bot, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Provided “as is”
The service is provided “as is”. It may change, be temporarily unavailable or contain bugs; features may come and go. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or that your data will be preserved — keep a copy of history that matters to you: “📤 Export” in settings gives you your whole diary as a ZIP archive: workouts with notes, body weight, programs, your exercises and old food entries, if you have any.
The AI coach is not a doctor
AI coach advice, programs and video technique reviews are generated automatically by a model. They may be inaccurate or wrong and are not medical, nutritional or any other professional advice. Talk to a doctor before starting to train or changing your diet — especially with an injury, an illness or during pregnancy. You decide what to lift and how much, and you are responsible for your own technique and safety.
Don't abuse it
- Don't try to access other people's accounts or data, break into or overload the service.
- Don't create accounts in bulk, and don't work around the AI coach limits.
- Don't upload material you have no rights to, or anything illegal or abusive.
Violations may lead to restricted access or account deletion.
Your data
Everything you log is yours. You allow the service to store and process it only as far as its features need, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time: in the app, Profile → “🗑 Delete account”; in the bot, “🔧 Settings” → “🗑 Delete account”.
Changes
These terms may change; the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the new version.
