Row — RPE, column — reps in the set, cell — percent of estimated max. The formula switch above changes it.

Where these numbers come from

RPE rates how hard a set was, up to 10: 10 — not one more rep, 9 — one left in the tank, 8 — two. I add the reps in reserve to the reps you did and work out your estimated max with the same formula the diary uses (Epley or Brzycki, reserve capped at 5 reps).

The chart is that formula run backwards: percent of max = 1 ÷ e1RM of a 1 kg set. It's not someone else's table, it's my arithmetic: real percentages differ by a few points from person to person, so the next-set weight is a starting point, not an order.

Add RPE next to a set in the bot — I'll adjust your estimated max for the reserve myself.
