How strong are you
Enter your best lifts and I'll show what share of lifters on the platform in your weight class you're stronger than, lift by lift.
Who I compare you with
With people who step on the platform. This is the open OpenPowerlifting data (public domain) — results from 400 USAPL meets. Only completed raw full-power performances go into the table; every lifter counts once, with their best result in the class.
Keep in mind: these are people who prepared for a meet. Among everyone who goes to the gym, the same lift ranks a lot higher. Stronger than 30% on the platform is already serious strength.
The classes are IPF weight classes: for men up to 59, 66, 74, 83, 93, 105, 120 kg and 120+, for women up to 47, 52, 57, 63, 69, 76, 84 kg and 84+. Between the table points I interpolate linearly. A script builds the table from the open meet results; it was built on October 16, 2026.
For a level that accounts for bodyweight, see the strength standards and DOTS and Wilks.
Log your sets in the diary — I'll recalculate your estimated max after every workout.
